The words to this Tom Petty song always remind me and motivate me to not sit idle or let grass grow under my feet. Be open to traveling and getting to know new places, especially around the world. Having lived in Phuket, Thailand for 3 years, further fueled my sense of international adventures. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled to 27 countries, so far. One can't truly experience the beauty and differences of the world from a couch. Only by stepping onto new lands and seeing, smelling, hearing, tasting and touching what lies before you, can you experience a new culture. Each new place I explore only serves as a catalyst to continue traveling.
